"What if it rains?" is one of the most asked questions wedding photographers get.

You can plan everything, but you can't plan the weather. This year we had two weddings in Zagreb and guess what, in both of them it was pouring! Weddings are not always blue skies and sunshine, we sometimes go through so many weather conditions in a day and it's essential that we're prepared for any situation. It's not about fighting the storms, it's about learning how to dance in the rain.

Petra and Dejan are one of those couples that make you feel right at home when being with them. After our Rovinj engagement session we were so excited for their Zagreb wedding! Firstly because we were thrilled that these two humans who are sooooo in love will finally be tying the knot and secondly because their wedding was at such an awesome location. After shooting at an abandoned hospital a couple of months prior, we were dreaming of having a wedding photoshoot there and guess what? The venue was right next to it! It could not have been a more perfect fit for Petra and Dejan.

Our initial plan was to drive with the golf carts and shoot on the course, but during the ceremony it started pouring like crazy and the abandoned structure was a very welcome backup. Petra and Dejan were up for anything! Nothing could spoil the amazing atmosphere and even though it was cloudy and grey, they shined the whole day and night!
