This year we wanted to do something special for Valentine's and so we packed our bags, drove to Venice, Italy and jumped on a plane to Paris, France. 

They say it's the most romantic city in the world and we couldn't agree more. Being there on one of coldest and rainy/snowy weekends this winter is more of a blessing than a curse to us. We love the rain mixed in with snowflakes, we love the gray sky and we loved Paris without crowds. 

We met Melissa and Charles on the Trocadero stairs, overlooking the Tower. Their love story really is something special and we got completely caught up in listening to it. Charles is a true Parisian and Melissa is from Mexico. They come from two completely different parts of the world yet they complement each other so perfectly. 

One thing is for sure. Paris, we'll be back.
